Industrial Security Integrators, LLC (ISI Enterprises) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with a strong focus on device management, client onboarding, and cloud setup. A basic understanding of cloud migration concepts is also expected. This role requires technical aptitude, strong documentation skills, and the initiative to proactively support clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Perform M365 Intune device management, including enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration rollouts.
  • Support cloud setup tasks such as creating client sites, organizations, and initial configurations within Microsoft cloud platforms.
  • Provide assistance in cloud migration projects with a basic understanding of migration workflows and best practices.
  • Participate in technical client onboarding, including device rollouts and environment setup.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical guides to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, provide progress updates, and collaborate with project managers and senior engineers.
  • Apply a basic understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) principles to client environments where applicable.
Qualifications:

This position requires applicants to have current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance.

  • Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation.
  • Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID.
  • Understanding of device enrollment processes and troubleshooting in M365/Azure.
  • Exposure to or understanding of cloud setup and migration concepts.
  • Ability to create clear and accurate documentation and SOPs.
  • Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency with basic PowerShell scripting
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to provide updates and track progress.
  • Proactive, initiative-taking mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies.
  • Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a technical team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple client tasks.
  • Proactiveness and initiative, with a focus on continuous improvement and client success.
