Do you thrive on driving engagement through digital channels? ISI is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support strategic email campaigns, search engine optimization, and manage content production across owned channels. This role will support lead generation/nurturing efforts and will help ensure marketing messages reach the right audiences at the right time.  

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily digital presence, including content publishing, audience interaction, and activity monitoring 
  • Create written content, including blog articles, thought leadership articles, press releases, and marketing copy 
  • Support Marketing Manager in executing email marketing campaigns across product updates, company news, and event promotions 
  • Support marketing initiatives through targeted lead nurturing campaigns 
  • Contribute to email automation workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives 
  • Assist in campaign execution, tracking performance, and optimizing for engagement 

Qualifications: 

  •  As part of your work at ISI, you will potentially have access to sensitive information from the federal government.  Pursuant to applicable regulations, ISI requires that all candidates for this role present proof of U.S. citizenship before hire.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and digital campaign execution 
  • 2+ years of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub 
  • Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing 
  • Experience driving brand visibility and engagement through owned channels 
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better engagement and conversions 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or government contracting spaces 
  • Experience with analytics and marketing reporting tools 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
