As ISI accelerates its growth and focuses on scaling its operations, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to play a critical role in driving new business, expanding our market presence, and executing on our ambitious growth goals. This position is vital to our success as we build on our foundation and expand into new markets, particularly within IT services, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers. With a focus on IT, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions, this individual will work closely with clients to provide tailored, strategic solutions that drive long-term value.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  •  New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to drive growth and expand ISI's market presence
  • Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage the entire sales process, from qualification to closing, leveraging expertise in sales strategies and IT solutions
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and securing monthly/quarterly bookings.
  • Proposal & Solution Support: Contribute to proposal development by providing insights, crafting solutions, and assisting with proposal writing.
  • Pipeline Growth & Reporting: Drive pipeline growth, and accurately track sales progress and forecasts in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
  • United States Citizenship is required for this position
  • Experience & Expertise: 7+ years of consultative selling experience in IT services, including IT, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions, with a proven track record of successfully selling managed services to SMB/SME clients and senior management.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Extensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through qualification, solutioning, and closing.
  • Strategic & Holistic Approach: Ability to take a strategic, value-driven approach to selling, with a focus on understanding clients’ IT, cybersecurity, and compliance challenges. Offer tailored, end-to-end solutions that align with clients' business goals and demonstrate clear, long-term value.
  • Quota Achievement: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within competitive markets.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated & Networked: Highly self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with a well-established professional network in IT, cybersecurity, and compliance sectors
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Defense Industry Experience: Experience selling into the Defense Industrial Base, with an understanding of its unique needs and requirements.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the NIST framework and a strong understanding of CMMC requirements, levels, and processes.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce CRM software to manage sales processes and track customer data effectively
